What is Early Adopter pricing?
Early adopters pay Team at $5/user/month (instead of $7) and Business at $7/user/month (instead of $9). This rate is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription.
How long is Early Adopter pricing available?
Early Adopter pricing is available while we grow our initial customer base. We'll notify users before any changes.
What are AI Ops?
AI Ops are AI-powered operations like risk analysis, health scores, delivery predictions, and coaching insights. Free gets 5/month, Team gets 50/month, and Business gets 200/month.
How does billing work?
Billing is per user, per month. Only active workspace members are counted. Save 17% with annual billing on Team and Business plans.
What happens when I hit my plan limits?
On Free, you can't create new sprints beyond 3 or add more than 5 members. AI Ops are blocked once you reach your monthly limit. Upgrade anytime to unlock more.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes! You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime. When switching to annual, you'll receive prorated credit for any unused time.
